Returns for Non-Defective Products
We offer a 30-Day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product. The item(s) must be returned within two weeks of contacting us. Upon the return of a non-defective product we will refund your money minus shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be incured if item is ordered in error.  If the product is defective, please see information on our Full 90-Day Warranty

    Full Extended Warranty and Full 90-Day Warranty

    What the Warranty Covers: The warranty covers anything that could happen to your product from manufacturer/refurbisher defect. It does not cover damages from normal wear and tear or from accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations and damage caused in shipping (to secure against loss or damage in shipping, customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when product is purchased.)

    The full warranty is effective only for products purchased for use in the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). A limited international warranty covers products shipped elsewhere that requires the customer to pay for replacement shipping. All other aspects of the limited warranty are the same as the full warranty.

    Period of Coverage: All warranties are effective from the original purchase date and cover the product for the time specified in warranty. (ie. 30 days, 1 year, or 3 years)

    What We Will Do to Correct Problems: Contact us for a free shipping label to return any defective product under warranty and we will repair or replace the product for you and return it to you via UPS Ground Service at our cost. The item(s) must be returned within two weeks of contacting us.  If we can't repair the product and are not able to supply a replacement, we will refund the full price to you. For extended warranties, we will pay round-trip shipping for the first problem. If any more problems arise, the customer will need to pay for the shipping. Please Note: A technician looks over and tests any returning defective products. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee (up to $35) if the technician finds the product is fully functional.

    How State Law Relates to the Warranty: Regulation of extended warranty plans may vary widely from state to state. Any provision within this warranty which conflicts with the laws of the state where you live shall automatically be considered to be modified in conformity with applicable state laws and regulations.

    Shipping Insurance
    We do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives to your promptly and intact. The purchase of our shipping insurance covers loss or damage to the product due to shipping. If no shipping insurance is purchased, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage.
