#1.5 Looks New It looks brand new but has been little used.
#2 Nearly New A casual observer might even take it to be a new phone.
#3 Gentle Use Wear is minimal but clearly it has been used some.
#4 Normal Use Obviously used but not abused.
#5 Heavy Use Worn, often in a shop environment in rugged conditions.
#6 Very Heavy Use Still holding together.
