This new keypad fixes the unreliable key contact (when trying to dial a phone number) of the Panasonic KX-TGA400B and KX-TGA200B handsets. The fix is fast and no special tools are required. You will need a small Phillips screwdriver, a kitchen butter knife (for prying), rubbing alcohol (for cleaning), and Q-tips and a small cloth (for cleaning).
