Panasonic phones it works with are the: KX-TG4500B, KX-TGA450B, KX-TG2740 and KX-TG2770. For the KX-TG4500 series phones, though the amperage is more than the normal 750mA that normally works with the phones, the 850mA works fine. You can use A/C adapters that have slightly more amps, but never use one that has less amps than required. Also, this adapter is actually quite a bit sturdier and seems to have a longer life than the A/C adapter that normally comes with the KX-TG4500 system phones.
