Panasonic KX-TGA400B Repair Handset Number 1 Button Fix

Service: Your Handset(s) with a new keypad installed and cleaned circuit board contact points (all buttons responsive).

You are buying a new keypad for the KX-TGA400B Handset and its installation. The contact points for the keypad buttons on the circuit board will also be cleaned. You will send us your handset, we will install the keypad and return the handset to you. When you pay for the new keypad installation service you may select which type of return shipping you would prefer. The return shipping cost is in addition to the keypad installation service charge. This replacement service comes with our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee that your handset's buttons will be working properly when it is returned to you

Shipping Instructions:

1)  Keep all A/C adaptors, charging cradles and batteries there with you to lessen shipping weight.
2) Wrap the handset(s) carefully and mail them via a trackable shipping method (like priority mail with delivery confirmation) to:

Registration: When we return the phone to you, the handset may need to be registered to your KX-TG2000B base unit. Please see Registration on page 3 of the KX-TGA400B Operating Instructions. Only 8 handsets/desksets can be registered to the base so if the base unit is saturated, see Canceling Registration on page 11 for instructions on how to deregister a handset that is no longer in use.
