Service: Repair of your KX-TGA200B or KX-TGA400B Handset(s)
Send us your garbled sounding handset; we will fix it and send it back to you. When you pay for the repair service you may select which type of return shipping you would prefer. The return shipping cost is in addition to the repair service charge. This repair service comes with our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee that your handset will be working properly when it is returned to you.
Shipping Instructions:
1) Keep all a/c adaptors, charging cradles, and batteries there with you to lessen shipping weight.
2) Label each handset as to problems you are experiencing with it.
3) Wrap the handsets carefully and mail them via a trackable shipping method (like priority mail with delivery confirmation) to:

It usually takes us 1 to 3 days to fix the phone and send it back to you. Please contact us if you need same-day service or have questions about this or any other repair service.
Registration: When we return the phone to you, the handset may need to be registered to your KX-TG2000B base unit. Please see Registration on page 3 of the KX-TGA400B Operating Instructions. Only 8 handsets/desksets can be registered to the base so if the base unit is saturated, see Canceling Registration on page 11 for instructions on how to deregister a handset that is no longer in use.
