In the box: One KX-TVS50 Voice Processing System (it does include the little snap-on cover that fits over the ports). It does not include the programming software.

Product Condition:  We have tested the product and set it back to factory default.

Cosmetic Condition: Normal use. It may have scratches from reasonable use. The plastic also may be yellowed. We tested the unit and it is fully functional. Also, the three little wall mount brackets on the bottom of the KX-TVS50 that allow you to hang the unit on the wall are chipped off in spots. It is still mountable with the use of washers, however.

Note: You will probably need to have a technician program this for you. A technician would use a null modem cable and a free serial port on his computer.
