This phone has a very long distance range. When it was tested among the houses, buildings, etc. in the area, the handset reached three city blocks from the base which was inside the house. When it was tested from a distance with a direct line of sight, the base was placed on the back porch of the house (which is located on a hill) and it was tested from several spots starting at half a mile and increasing the distance with each test. When I reached five miles I quit and was completely amazed at the range.
In the box: One transmitter; one cordless handset, charging base, and battery; two AC adapters (one for transmitter and one for handset), and one phone line cord.
Product Condition: #3 Condition Category - GENTLE USE. It will have minor scratches from gentle daily use and may have some extra wear around the cradle where the handset rests. The product has been tested and everything works perfectly. All parts are included.
