Product Condition: #5 Condition Category - HEAVY USE. This phone has been clearly used as a workhorse and will have obvious surface wear/scratches reflecting clear heavy usage. The main cosmetic issue with this phone is that it still looks dirty and yellowed even after several attempts to clean it up. It will have extra wear particularly around where the handset rests in the cradle. Also, the LCD, though scratched, will still be clearly readable and in good functioning condition. The product has been tested and everything works perfectly. All parts are included (except for the optional wall mount).
