Some of the problems that we are able to repair include: garbled sound or static, hard-to-hear reception, or it is not keeping a charge.
If for some reason the phone cannot be repaired, then the only expense to you would be the return shipping and we would refund you the rest.
Shipping Instructions:
1) Keep all a/c adaptors, charging cradles, and batteries there with you to lessen shipping weight. You do need to send the transmission box with the antenna, however.
2) Label each handset as to problems you are experiencing with it.
3) Wrap the handsets and transmission receiving boxes carefully and mail them via a trackable shipping method (like priority mail with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground) to:
